PROTEMPS is a full service personnel placement agency founded and incorporated in 1985 with more than 20 years of industry experience specializing in staffing solutions for your office and general labour needs.  We offer services in temporary, contract and permanent recruitment.

TESTS AND EVALUATIONS are completed on all ProTemps temporary and full time applicants with a personal interview and thorough screening.  We utilize the "QWIZ" computerized testing program.  This testing is specialized for Secretarial, Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Data Entry.

INSURANCE:  Worker compensation is provided for all employees. A certificate of our current status can be made available upon request.

REFERENCING to verify the performance and track record of every individual we hire is mandatory.  All references may be provided to you at your request.  Only those individuals with a proven work ethic and the skills required will qualify as potential candidates with ProTemps.  Only the most suitable candidates will be referred with satisfaction guaranteed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT will clearly keep you informed of the status of your orders.  If it appears we do not have an immediate qualified candidate we will place a service call to inform you as soon as possible.

TIMESHEETS are required to be completed on a weekly basis by all temporary employees.  They are provided to them by ProTemps and will be submitted for your signature.  This allows us to verify and complete payroll for the employee on a weekly basis, producing either a pay cheque or direct deposit for each employee.  The client acknowledges that the placed employee is under the sole direction and control of the client.

INVOICING is processed on a weekly basis.  We have the ability to customize the information needed according to your requirements per invoice, eg: Number of individuals per invoice, department breakdowns, project numbers or purchase order numbers.

REPORT MANAGEMENT is available upon request eg: outlining number of employees, billings rates, job description, number of hours and total hours billed. 

RECRUITING QUALITY EMPLOYEES is our mandate; resulting in a continual computerized database of experienced employees.  We are selective and thorough in our screening process.  Through testing and referencing we use only the top percentile of those candidates screened.
